From the 3rd to 9th of November Composit was taking part in the Annual Alaska Miners Association Convention (AMA) and Trade show. The mission of the Alaska Miners Association (AMA) is to advocate for and promote responsible mineral development in the state of Alaska. The Alaska Miners Association is a non-profit corporation headquartered in Anchorage with branches located in Anchorage, Denali, Fairbanks, Haines, Juneau, Kenai, Ketchikan/Prince of Wales Island, and Nome. The annual convention is a great event that boasts more than 850 attendees representing Alaska mining family. Convention week includes many networking events, the largest mining tradeshow in the state, representatives from all operating mines and potential mining development projects in Alaska, educational short courses and technical sessions. Composit was pleased to participate in such an important event and meet professionals from all aspects of the mining industry. At the Convention our company presented the samples of flexible slurry hoses for mining and mineral processing.
